Congrats to our girls Cross Country team again on a amazing race. 1st place in region by 33 points. Hard work paid off. Also congrats to Tia Pullens indiviually 1st in region as well. An amazing performance by all, top 6 finished in the top 11. Congrats also to our boys team in placing 5th in region. It was a tough group of runners and you all ran amazing as well.

Congrats to our Two Time Girls Richmond County Champions. Congrats to the girls team as they continue to post strong performance across the board. To be on time for practice you need to be dressed and ready to run at the time practice is to begin, it does not mean that you are just pulling up to practice and still need to change. If practice is at 3:30pm you need to be ready to run at 3:30pm, not 3:31pm.
