Yet again Allatoona Girls and Boys track team sweep Region 7 with wins in both the girls and boys titles at Dalton High School. In the schools short 4 year period, both the cross country and track & field team have held the dominating title as winners in their region. They prove to be a force to reckon with as they move up to class 5A next year.

Allattoona's TRAY OATES WON the boys pole vault, setting a new county record at 15.0 feet. Along with DANA COLE winning the girls discus at 121.0 feet and ELISE MOFFAT winning the girls pole vault at 11.0 feet at the Cobb County Track and Field Championship.

It was also a memorable day for the Allatoona girls, who finished third in Class AAA, standing on the podium for the first time.
The Lady Buccaneers (131) finished behind region rival Heritage-Catoosa (101) and St. Pius X (128). Emily Dunn placed 10th in 3A State.

Allatoona once again made it a clean sweep of the region team titles as it won both the girls and boys crowns for the second year in a row. Thursday at the Region 7AAA championships in Ringgold Georgia. About Our Team
Allatoona High School opened in 2008 with the schools Cross Country and Track and Field teams leading the way. The teams are led by Head Coaches David Ravenscraft and Brett Hubinger and currently compete in Region 7-AAA.
