Sanctioning for Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia. Open session in the morning for all teams with traditional events along with 4x1600, DMR, and Sprint Medley. Trophies for 1st place, medals for 2nd-4th and ribbons for 5th-8th. The meet format is set up to showcase individuals as there is no team score. Registration is online at www.directathletics.com
