ENTRY FEE:
$75.00 per team or $120.00 for both boys and girls. Checks are to be made payable to Monroe Comprehensive High School Athletic Department.

Each school may enter a maximum of two competitors per individual event. Each school may enter only one relay team per relay event. An athlete may enter a maximum of 5 events. Two relays and any one of the following combinations: (a) 3 field events, (b) 2 field events and 1 running event, or (c) 1 field event and two running events. All entries must meet GHSA eligibility requirements. Times, heights, and distances should be submitted on the enclosed forms for seeding purposes. Times for running events should be in meters. Please be accurate as possible to ensure that the seeding process will be fair for all athletes. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE and received no later than Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 11:59 P.M.

SCRATCH MEETING:
There will be no formal scratch meeting. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE! Please submit any new changes online to your entries. The deadline is Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 11:59 P.M. The printing of programs will begin on Friday, March 25, 2011. Once this process has begun, no changes will be made.

QUALIFIYING:
All running events will be sections versus time. In all field events, (where applicable) each competitor will receive three trials.

SCORING:
Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 for all events. All ties will stand, and points will be divided equally for all tied contestants.

AWARDS:
Team trophies will be awarded for the first, second, third and fourth place teams. A trophy will be awarded for each relay champion. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers. T-shirts will be awarded to each event champion. A high point trophy will be awarded to the athlete that scores the highest number of points in the field and to the athlete that scores the highest number of points on the track. Plaques will be awarded to all record breakers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Concessions and restrooms will be available on site. Coaches should remind athletes that their uniform will serve as a pass for entering and exiting the stadium. A coach will need to accompany all others, such as managers, etc., or they will be charged admission.

Coaches are reminded to instruct their athletes that they are to be courteous to all track officials, as well as coaches and athletes from other schools. All athletes are to remain in the stands when they are not competing in their events. The stadium field may be used as a warm-up area. All athletes should report to the field event judge of the clerk of the course on the first call, which is to be given prior to each event.
