MEET INFORMATION

ATTENTION: Take I-75 exit #233, continue straight for ten miles until you reach McDonough Road (Lovejoy) turn left onto McDonough Road travel about a a mile, turn left into Lovejoy High School Student Parking . The meet will be held at Twelve Oaks Stadium.

1. Entries are to be entered online on the website http://ga.milesplit.com/meets/83093/. You have until 12:00 Noon March 21, 2011 to enter, check and change.

2. Entry Limitations: 5 event, but no more than 4 running and no more than 3 individual.

3. School may enter only one (1) team per relay event. School may enter two athletes per individual event.

4. Professional fully automated timing (FAT) will be used and the results will be posted as they become available.

5. Medals will be given for places 1-3 in all events. Awards will be packaged by school and are to be picked up by a coach at the conclusion of the meet.

6. Scoring: all events 8 places 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

7. Team (bus) parking will be in the parking lot beside the stadium.

8. Coaches are to pick up packets in the hospitality room upon arrival. No additions on meet day.

9. Hospitality room is located inside the stadium and is restricted to coaches and officials.

10. Concession stand will be open throughout the meet.

11. No coaches allowed on infield during running. Athletes are to report to the clerk on first call.

12. Field event implements will be weighed-in beginning at the event prior to start of event.

13. Minimum measured distances and starting heights. All first attempts will be measured. Only marks meeting minimum distances will be measured after that.

ENTRY FEES: The entry fee for entering both boys and girls is $125.00. The entry fee for entering boys team only or girls team only is $75.

REMINDERS: Entry Fee Payments must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2011.
