MEET INFORMATION
1. Entries are to be entered online with Perfect Timing. You have until 12:00 Noon March 3, 2010 to enter, check and change. Instructions on setting up online entry will go out at the second week of February.
2. Changes after that may be made until Thursday March 4, 2010 @ 2:00 pm by phone: (404) 725-2469, Fax: (770) 473-2913 or email: dcallaway@clayton.k12.ga.us
3. Entry Limitations:
5 event, but no more than 4 running and no more than 3 individual.
4. School may enter only two relay teams event.
School may enter two athletes per individual event.
Make as many copies of entry forms as needed.
Make sure you enter the events you want to enter. There will be NO additions on meet day.
5. Video timing will be used and the results will be posted as they become available.
6. Medals will be given for places 1-3 in all events. Awards will be packaged by school and are to be picked up by a coach at the conclusion of the meet.
7. Scoring: all events 8 places 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
8. Team (bus) parking will be in the parking lot beside the stadium.
9. Coaches are to pick up packets in the hospitality room upon arrival. Any mistakes must be corrected by 8:30am. No additions on meet day.
10. Hospitality room is located inside the stadium and is restricted to coaches and officials.
11. Concession stand will be open throughout the meet.
12. No coaches allowed on infield during running. Athletes are to report to the clerk on first call.
13. Field event implements will be weighed-in beginning at 8:15am.
14. Minimum measured distances and starting heights.
