We will have 2 heats for all lane running events. Top two from each event plus the next two fastest times will advance to the final. We will take 8 runners to the final. This is the same format as the State Sectionals. Lakewood is a nine lane track so we will use lanes 2-9 for all lane event finals. Lane 5 will be the preferred lane.
