Meet Information
4th Annual Metro Atlanta Track and Field Championship will be held at the Pace Academy Athletic Complex. The meet is scheduled for Saturday March 24th and Monday March 26th. Meet will be co-hosted by Pace and Holy Innocents.
Entry Fees for the Metro Meet will be the following:
One Team (Boys or Girls): $125
Both Teams: $200
9:15AM Coaches Meeting (Right near Start/Finish Area)
9:45AM Start (All Field Events Allow 3 Entries) Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put and Discus will get 4 Attempts (Top 8 places score points)
High Jump - Boys Then Girls
Long Jump - Girls then Boys
Triple Jump - Boys Then Girls
Shot Put - Girls then Boys
Discus - Boys then Girls
Pole Vault - Girls then Boys
For the 3200 meters (4 entries and 3 can score). You can enter two 4 by 800 teams (both can score)
9:45AM Start
3200 Meter Run (Girls then Boys) (4 Entries Allowed)
(3200 Meters will have heats AND is a Final based on Time)
12:30PM: Running Prelims Start (Girls before Boys) 3 Entries per School.. 8 teams/people will make the finals on Monday. 1600 meters, 800 meters and 4 by 400 meters on Monday will all be Finals based on Time. Heat winners of each heat (will be between 4-5 heats) then the next fastest times will make the finals. All events will have 1rst, 2nd and Final calls. Track events will be on a rolling schedule.

100/110m Hurdles. 10-15 minute break as we move hurdles and give sprinters time for recovery)

Monday Schedule (March 26th. Remember for both days meet is at Pace Athletic Complex which is off campus)
4:30PM Start (Because several schools get out of school late.. All events are Girls then Boys)
1600 Meters (2 Heats of Girls and Boys.. Finals on Time)
4 by 100 Meter Finals
400 Meters Finals
110 Hurdles/100 Meter Hurdle Finals
800 Meters (Finals based on Time.. 9 People in the Fastest Heat/Break at 100 Meters)
200 Meters Final
300 Meter Hurdles Final
4 by 400 Meter Relays (Finals Based on Time.. Up to 2 teams like every relay)
Award Team Champion Trophies to both Girls and Boys winners
