Entry Information:
Entry fees are $100 per team, or $175 for both men and women. Fees may be mailed to the address listed above with attention to Coach Davis.

Entry deadline is Wednesday, March 22nd @ midnight. No exceptions or write-ins the day of the meet. Only one for one changes with no re-seeding.


Entries/Limitations
Each school will be allowed three individual entries/two relays per event. All times/marks must be verified or they will be changed to verified marks to seed/flight events correctly. Please do not try and enter unverified marks. If your athlete has no mark, enter them as NM in the field and NT in the running. Athletes must wear 1/4 inch spikes on the running surface or be subject to disqualification.

Field events will have a minimum mark for each event. The first legal completed attempt will be marked, and the following attempts must make the minimum to be measured.

Field Event Work Assignments: We are working hard to get volunteers to work the meet so coaches won’t have to work an event. If we can’t find enough volunteers, all staffs will be expected to help assist in a field event to help us finish in a timely manner. Once we begin running, coaches can spectate and enjoy the rest of their day supporting their athletes.


Admission: $5 adults or GHSA coaching passes
Scoring/Awards: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (top 8 places).
Top three participants in each event will receive a medal.
Top three teams with the highest score will receive trophies (boys and girls).
The high point girl and boy will receive a trophy as well as a t-shirt.

Special Information
The parking lots at the track will be used for bus drop off ONLY and spectator parking. Buses need to park in front of the school in the bus lane.

Hospitality room will be for COACHES only. Please retrieve tickets at the coaches’ meeting.

A full concession stand will be available throughout the meet!
