2016 Coweta Cup Championship

8:30 Varsity Girls (7 runners)
9:00 Varsity Boys (7 runners)
9:30 JV Boys - unlimited
10:00 JV girls - unlimited
Entry: Enter your team no later that Wednesday, October 12
Bus Parking: Team buses should park at the Newnan Utilities office building located next to Carl Miller Park. Signs will be posted and there will be individuals directing traffic
Spectator Parking: Cars and other vehicles may park in the grass area next to the Newnan Utilities office building or in the lots of Carl Miller Park. There will be a $3per person charge for admission at the gate, which is located in the grass area where you will park.
Restrooms: There will be 2 port-a-potties located at the start/finish area.
Tents: Team tents can be set up anywhere near the start/finish area. Trash bags will be available at packet pickup
Awards: 1st-2nd place team trophies for varsity boys and varsity girls
1st place team trophy for JV boys and JV girls
1st-10th individual medals for Varsity boys and girls
1st - 10th individual medals for JV boys and girls
Timing: the results and timing will be by The Perfect Timing Group
Concessions: Concessions will be available and T-shirts sales will be available also
