VARSITY BOYS & GIRLS
This is a GHSA sanctioned meet!!
Each team's entries will be limited to 3 per event, per gender

Entry Fee $75 per gender $100 per team
You may pay on the day of the meet.
Make checks payable to Berkmar high School and place track and field in the "for" section.
PLEASE LET YOUR PARENTS KNOW THE MEET WILL BE $5 PER ADULT $3 PER CHILD 5 AND UNDER.
*** PLEASE WAIT UNTIL 2:20 FOR BUSES TO ENTER THE PARKING LOT!! TRAFFIC HAS ONLY ONE WAY IN AND ONE WAY OUT!! THE LOT SHOULD BE CLEAR OR MANAGEABLE AFTER 2:20PM. BUSSES WILL NEED TO DROP TEAMS OFF AT THE STADIUM AND THEN GO TO PARK IN THE BUS LANES IN FRONT OF THE SCHOOL.*****
FIELD EVENTS:
(3 jumps no finals, 3 throws no finals each in Discus Throw, Long Jump, Shot Put, Triple Jump)

***Field events will check in at the clerk tent. Athletes will be let on the infield only after they have checked in.*****

RUNNING EVENTS: The order of all common running event heats will be girls followed by boys.
(Please note any/all exceptions below.) We will be on a rolling schedule.

Boys' 300 Meter Intermediate Hurdles (36")
1600m run (Arc Start)
4X400 Meter Relay
ALL running events will be clerked near the 110 Meter starting line, outside of the fence. All participants in a running event should check in with the clerk of course in these areas to receive lane & heat assignments. After second call Athletes will not be able to leave the pin (clerk area). Relay's musty check-in together. Athletes must stay in the area until told to move by meet officials. Athletes will be scratched if they are not in the pin ready to go when heats leave the area.
***PLEASE NOTE: Places will be determined by time!!!
Use only the visitor side. Home side will be closed. Restrooms are near the press box on the visitor side.
** No hospitality room, we will give coaches tickets or bands for free concession stand meals**
***Absolutely no warm up on the field. Again absolutely no warm up on the field. The football practice field down the hill behind the scoreboard is reserved for warm up after the track closes. No one will be allowed on the field but coaches and competing athletes. We will be strict about this as our Soccer team will extend their season. Please have your spectator athletes root for their team from the stands. Coaches please be mindful to stay off of the actual playing surface of the field. Try to stay out of bounds. Again we will be strict with this.****
**Hurdle warm up will be on the track prior to the short hurdle race..more details coming soon.. Warm up for the 300 meter hurdle race will be on the back stretch while the 200 meter dash is going on.***
