Online Registration Help
MeetFees $100 per team or $200 for both teams (boys and girls).
The top 3 individual finishers in each event will be awarded medals; top 3 teams will receive trophies.
We will start the meet promptly at 9:00 AM.
We will mail the medals if you have to leave early.
COACHES: Upon arrival, please proceed to the Clerk of the Course's table to pick-up your Meet Packet.
Coaches we are going to need your help with the field events.
All seating is on the Home side Stands (along the finish line straight away).

Please instruct your athletes regarding the uniform and jewelry rules. Prepare for Championship Season.
All events will be contested as finals. Heats will be run slowest to fastest, based on seed times.
Schedule of Events:
FIELD EVENTS (There will be 2 pits for the horizontal jumping events)
We will work on a rolling schedule FIELD EVENTS: Throws, Jumps, Pole Vaults
9:00 PM G-Discus/G-Long Jump/G-High Jump B-Shot Put/B-Triple Jump/B-Pole Vault
10:00 PM G-Shot Put/G-Triple Jump/G-Pole Vault B-Discus/B-Long Jump/B-Pole Vault
RUNNING EVENTS:
The order of all common running event heats will be girls followed by boys.
9:30 AM 3200 Meter Run (Waterfall Start) (boys and girls together if low numbers)
11:00 AM Opening Ceremonies
11:15 PM 4X100 Meter Relay
11:35 PM 4x800 Meter Relay
12:00 PM 400 Meter Dash
12:25 PM 100 Meter Dash
12:50 PM Girls' 100 Meter Hurdles
1:15 PM Boys' 110 Meter High Hurdles
1:35 PM 800 Meter Run (One-Curve Stagger -Waterfall start)
2:00 PM 200 Meter Dash
2:30 PM Girls' 300 Meter Low Hurdles
2:50 PM Boys' 300 Meter Intermediate Hurdles
3:15 PM 1600 Meter Run
