Georgia Challenge 2007

Hoschton, GA

Meet Information

1st Annual
Georgia Challenge at Mill Creek March 10th 2006
Entry Information

Coaches,

We would like to invite you to the 1st Annual Georgia Challenge at Mill Creek, sponsored by the Gwinnett Banking Company, and Georgia Trophy. We will take the first 40 teams who respond to this invitation. This meet is open to any team in Georgia. We hope this event will become the kick off for the 2007 track season for your team. The Georgia Challenge at Mill Creek is a continuation of the Cobb Gwinnett Challenge. We are expanding on this idea to include all metro counties. There will be team scoring as well as county scoring in the metro area. If your school is in Fulton County, you will run for Fulton as well as your school.

The meet will feature a complete track schedule. Entry is one relay team per school and two individual entries in all events. Normal Georgia event limits apply (up to 3 field events, up to 2 running events, and up to 2 relays, no more than 5 events total.)

The track is an eight lane rubberized surface and we will be using a Finish lynx timing system with results up on the scoreboard as the athlete crosses the finish line. All field events have distance boards that will be turned with the athletes distance after each jump or throw. All entries for this meet will be handled online at http://www.coacho.com . Deadline for meet entries is March 7th 2007.

We look forward to seeing you and your team at Mill Creek for this event. We promise to provide you and your athletes a great meet with strong competition in all the events. All information will be posted on www.millcreektrackandfield.com including results.
