3:20 Coaches Meeting
3:30 Girls Discus, Girls Long Jump followed by Boys, Girls Pole Vault and Boys, Boys Shot Put, Boys High Jump
4:00 Girls Triple Jump followed by Boys, Girls Shot Put, Girls High Jump, Boys Discus

4:00 Running events begin and continue on a rolling schedule

Each school is allowed a maximum of 3 competitors per individual event with the exception of a limit of 6 in the 3200, 1600 and 800. Each school is allowed a maximum of 2 relay teams per event.

Participation limits
A competitor in NAML Track and Field may enter a maximum of both relays and three individual events. There are no parameters surrounding the individual events. Athletes may enter

2 Field/1 Running or
2 Running/1 Field
