1st place 10 pts
2nd place 8 pts

Seeding:
In the running events, we seed the fastest 7 runners in Heat 1. The next 7 fastest in Heat 2, and the last 6 in Heat 3.
In the 800 meters, we are going to seed the fastest 10 in Heat 1 and the last 10 in Heat 2.
In the 1600 meters and the 3200 meters, we are going to waterfall start each event taking the top 8 times.

Scratch Meeting and Start Time:
The Scratch Meeting will begin at 2:15.
