Entry Fee:
$5 per Individual event, 3 event maximum Plus Relays for Girls or Boys. Fees: pay on-line with VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card or E-Check
$15.00/athlete

Entry Limits:
Teams/Schools may enter a Maximum of 3 athletes in each individual event plus both Relays per Grade level.
Teams/Schools may enter 2 teams in each relay event.
Teams must enter a minimum of 4 & may enter a maximum of 6 on a relay.
Athletes may enter the maximum 3 Individual events including both Relays.

Entry Deadline: Entries and fees must be paid and received by Event Directors by March 12, 2015. Please adhere to the strict deadline!

Admission: $5.00 Adults; $2.00 Students not Participating!

Scoring/Awards:
10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (Top 8 Place Points)
Medals- 1st Place Finish in each Event and Grade Level
Ribbons-2nd-4th , Place Finish in each Event and Grade Level
Trophies awarded to 1st & 2nd Place Teams/School
All races will be run as final by times

Entry Standards: (9 Events)
Field Events (2): (6th-8th Only) Shot Put & Long Jump
Running Events (7): 4 X 1000m Relay, 800m Run, 1600m Run, 400m Run, 100m Run, 200m Run, 4 X400m Relay

Each Team/School may enter 3 athletes per gender per individual event and 2 relay teams per gender.
Note:
All scratches must be received by Phil Logan by Wednesday March 18, 2015 via fax or e-mail by 5pm.
There will be a 5:45pm coaches meeting to present entry and heat sheets to coaches.

2015 Dacula Cluster Track & Field Meet

Welcome to the Dacula Cluster Track & Field meet designed with grade level competition in mind, for grades 1st-8th. This track meet is designed to allow elementary and middle school students athletes to develop and train at home and in Physical education classes and compete as individuals by grade and for their perspective schools/clubs teams. There is a limit of 3 individual events you can enter and both relays teams ( 5 Event Maximum). This event is for the local cluster schools but individuals unattached athletes are welcomed. Neither USATF nor AAU membership is required. Grade Divisions will consist of girls and boys: 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, 7th grade, and 8th grade. The meet will be managed by Dacula Highs coaches, Parents and Varsity Athletes. Timing will be done with FAT by The Perfect Timing Group - www.ptgrouponline.com 404-451-8485

Medals will be awarded to the top finishers per event by grade level. Ribbons will be awarded to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place finishers by grade level.
