Meet Information
First of all, thank you SO much for choosing to kick off your distance kids outdoor track season with us at Parkview. We truly hope that you enjoy our inaugural event as we would love for this to become a tradition. Below is some meet specific information that hopefully will answer any questions you may have. Entries: ENTRIES CLOSE 6:00PM THURSDAY 2/12! We will offer unlimited entries per event; however, it is necessary that all GHSA guidelines are followed. Since this is a meet with no field events and only one official relay, entry limits per athlete will be two open events and the 4x400. Were also offering an exhibition co-ed 4x400.
Rules: All GHSA Track & Field rules will be enforced.
Seeding: VERY IMPORTANT. Due to the nature of this meet (for most, the first meet of the season), we will allow coaches to submit seed times based on their professional opinion of the athletes skill. It is crucial that this is done with accuracy to protect the integrity of this meet as the heats will be developed based upon submitted seed times.
Timing: FAT Timing will be done by The Perfect Timing Group.
Cost: $60 per combined boys and girls team or $35 for a single gender. Please make checks payable to Parkview Cross Country Booster Club. If mailed in advance:

Awards: Top 2 teams (per gender) will be given team trophies. Top individual per open event will receive a special award unique to our meet. Athletes who round out the top 3 will receive special black Nike drawstring bags.
Admission: FREE
Coaches Hospitality: Lunch will be hot and ready for service by 11:00am in the press box. Staying with the distance tradition, all coaches will be treated to a homemade Italian pasta style lunch with bread and salad courtesy of our great cross country team parents.
Concessions: A wide variety of concessions will be available for purchase, so come hungry!
Merchandise: In addition to a meet-specific shirt, Big Peach Running Company will be out in full force selling exclusive Nike products ranging from clothing to footwear. Please be sure to visit their tent near the track for some great deals on their products.

10:00am - Heats to be run from slowest to fastest per event girls followed by boys.
