1. Entries are to be entered online on this website via the milesplit link to registering for the meet. You have until 9pm on Thursday, March 6, 2014 to enter or modify entries.

2. Entry limitations: 5 events, but no more than 4 running and no more than 3 individual.

3. School may enter only (3) teams per relay event.
School may enter three athletes per individual event.
Make sure you enter the events you want to enter. There will be NO additions on meet day. Club will compete in 100m Dash, 200m Dash, 400m Dash, 4x100 Relay, 4x200 Relay, and 4x400 Relay.

4. Timing will be provided by The Perfect Timing Group (FTA) and results will be posted as they become available.

5. Medals will be given for places 1-3 in all events. Tee-shirts will be given to all participants.

6. Scoring: All events 8 places 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

7. Team (bus) parking will be in the parking lot beside the stadium.

8. Coaches are to pick up packets in the hospitality room upon arrival. Any mistakes must be corrected by 8:30 a.m. No additions on meet day.

9. Hospitality room is located on North end of stadium in track field house behind scoreboard and is restricted to coaches and officials.

10. Concession stand will be open throughout meet.

11. No coaches allowed on infield during running. Athletes are to report to clerk on first call.

12. Field event implements will be weighed-in beginning at 8:15 a.m.

13. Minimum measured distances and starting heights:

Entry Fees: The entry fee for entering both boys and girls is $125.00. The entry fee for entering boys team only or girls team only is $75. Club will participate in sprints and relays only. Entry fee for Club teams is $50 for boys and girls or $30 for boys or girls team only.

Reminders: Entry Fee Payments must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4,2014.
