12:45 p.m. - Coaches Meeting
12:50 p.m. - Varsity Girls Report to the starting line
1:00 p.m. - Varsity Girls race begins
1:25 p.m. - Varsity Boys Report to the starting line
1:35 p.m. - Varsity Boys race begins
2:05 p.m. - JV Girls & JV Boys race begins
2:35-2:55 p.m. - Tally Results
3:00 p.m. - Awards Ceremony (located at the pavilion)
3:30 p.m. - Dismiss

SCORING
-Please DO NOT ask the public address announcer, coaches or race officials for score results. We will post them when they are available
PARKING
-Please park in the designated areas around the course
RESTROOMS
-Restrooms will be available for your convenience on the course.
AWARDS
-Medals will be given to the Top-10 girls runners and Top-10 boys runners. A runner-up trophy and championship trophy will be given to each girls & boys team.
