Click on green bottom upper right corner "Enter Online Now" You have until 11:59 PM April 11, 2013 to enter, check and change. Instructions on setting up online entry: www.ptgrouponline.com/Online_Entry/Online-Entry.html.
2. Entry Limitations: 3 events per athlete (not including relays); 2 athletes per event per team for running and field event according to GHSA
Important Reminder: All teams must still submit their Contestant List signed by the Principal to the Region Secretary by the April 11 Deadline.
Note:Deadline extended by Region Sec until 4/15 due to Spring Break in CCPS
3. Schools may enter only two (2) teams per relay event with alternates. There will be NO additions on meet day.
4. Electronic timing (FAT) provided by The Perfect Timing Group will be used and the results will be posted as they become available.
5. Medals will be given for places 1-4 in all events. Awards will be packaged by school and are to be picked up by a coach at the conclusion of the meet. Awards will only be given to the top four timed winners in each event. Advance( 9)nine to all Finals.
6. Scoring: all events 8 places 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
7. Team (bus) parking will be in the back parking lot beside the stadium. Participating teams must enter through the back gate
8. Coaches are to pick up packets in the hospitality room upon arrival. Any mistakes must be corrected by 8:30am. No additions on meet day.
9. Hospitality room is located inside the stadium and is restricted to coaches and officials.
10. Concession stand will be open throughout the meet.
11. No coaches allowed on infield during running. Athletes are to report to the clerk on first call.
12. Minimum measured distances and starting heights. Times/Marks should be in the Data base.

From the North:
Take I-75 to Exit 235 (Hwy. 19-41). Travel south on 19-41 (Tara Blvd) to McDonough Road. Turn right onto McDonough Road and the stadium is located approximately 1 mile on the left.
From the South:
Take I-75 to Hwy 138. Travel west on Hwy. 138 to Tara Blvd. Turn left onto Tara Blvd. Travel south on Tara Blvd. to McDonough Road. Turn right onto McDonough Road and the stadium is approximately 1 mile on the left.
