This meet is limited to the following schools: Jefferson, Lumpkin County, North Hall, West Hall, White County and Chestatee.
Note: A & B Relaya are allowed.
Due to the possibility of inclement weather, the War Eagle Invitational schedule has been adjusted. This is the schedule we will follow Saturday, events start a little later and should allow for it to warm up a little.

Running Schedule; normal schedule of events will be followed except following 300 IMs a 4 x 800 m Relay will be run, this will allow 300 IMers to participate in the 4 x 400 m Relay; in all running events girls run first followed by boys:

Coaches,
The Outback/War Eagle Invitational will be held March 2, 2013 at Chestatee War Eagle Stadium; coaches meeting at 10:00, field events and 3200 m run will begin at 10:30 am, running events at 2:00 pm. There will be a $75.00 entry fee, and a $5.00 admission fee for all non-participants, adults and students, both stadium entrances will be open. Hall County employee badges and GHSA Coaches passes will be honored for admission. A concession stand will be available to help cover our expenses, so talk it up in your school and community. Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each boy's and girl's event. We will have three heats (slow to fast based on times slow heat runs first) in each individual event, i.e. 100, 200, 400, HH and IH, all other events; 800, 1600 and 3200 will run as one heat, but have limited entries per school. Teams confirmed are Jefferson, Lumpkin County, North Hall, West Hall, White County and Chestatee; this should be a good, competitive, and fun meet!
Entry limits: Sprints, Hurdles and Field Events: 3 entries from each school
Distance events: 800, 1600 and 3200: 3 entries from each school
Relays: 2 team from each school (2 boys- 400, 1600 and 3200; 2 girls 400, 1600 and 3200)
Entry Deadline: Please submit entries by Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 12 noon, sooner if possible name and times/marks (be honest) for individual events and times for relays no names. Changes, no additions, can be made at coaches meeting if needed. GHSA event entry limitations will be followed.
