Best All-Around Program Award Tie Breaking Procedure:
The tie breaking criteria for the Best Overall Program Award will be as follows and will be used in the order listed:
1) Lowest total adjusted score in the 2 varsity races
If still tied, 2) Lowest total adjusted score in the 2 JV races
If still tied, 3) Lowest total placement of each schools 6th runner in each of the varsity races.
If still tied, 4) Lowest total placement of each schools 7th runner in each of the varsity races.
If still tied, 5) Lowest total placement of each schools 6th runner in each of the JV races.
If still tied, 6) Lowest total placement of each schools 7th runner in each of the JV races.
7) Same criteria as number 6 (six) listed above except for the lowest total for the 8th runners in the JV races, and if still tied the 9th runners and if still tied the 10th runners and so on until the tie is broken. If one school does not have a runner to counter the other school's runner, then they lose this tiebreaker by default.
8) Heck, if it's still tied after all that, we'll flip a coin.

PACKET PICK UP FOR SCHOOLS, which will contain bib numbers/chips and instructions, will be at the information tent adjacent to the start line beginning at 7:00 am. Extra safety pins and chip "ties" will also be available at the information tent.

COACHES MEETING will take place at 7:40 am at the start line at which time a box draw will be held. Each school will start in their drawn box for all 4 races of the meet. If not present at the meeting your school will be assigned a starting box.

TIMING & RESULTS: This will be a chip-timed race by the PT Timing Group so make sure you inform all your athletes to turn the chips in at the end of the race or your school will be charged for each one not returned. ALL runners will be timed and scored so enter all of your athletes in the meet. We will have extra zip-ties for timing chips to attach to the runners shoes and extra safety pins at the information tent available to all teams. JV races have no limit on participants.
