1st place - 10 pts
2nd place - 8 pts
3rd place - 6 pts
4th place - 4 pts
5th place - 2 pts
6th place - 1 pt

Notes:
Seeding: In the running events, we seed the fastest 6 runners in Heat 1.
The next 6 fastest Heat 2 and the last 6 in Heat 3. In the 800 meters, we are going to seed the fastest 9 in Heat 1 and the last 9 in Heat 2.
In the 1600 meters and the 3200 meters, we are going to waterfall start each event taking the top 6 times.
