Entry Deadline:
• Entries and fees must be paid and received by Event Directors by Friday Feb 24, 2012. Please adhere to the strict deadline. This event will be limited to the first 6 girls’ teams and 6 boys’ teams to commit and pay entry fee.
Admission: $5.00 Adults; $2.00 Students

Scoring/Awards:
• 10-8-6-4-2-1 (Top 6 Place Points)
• Medals- 1st Place Finish in each Event
• Ribbons-2nd, 3rd, 4th Place Finish in each Event
• Trophies awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Teams
• All races will be run as final by times

Entry Standards: (16 Varsity Events)
• Each school may enter 2 athletes per gender per individual event and 2 relay teams per gender.

Entry Standards - J.V.: (7 J.V. Events)
• Each school may enter 2 athletes per gender per individual event and 1 relay team per school in relays.

Notes:
• All entries and scratches must be done online prior to deadline - Feb. 29th at midnight.
• There will be a 3:45pm coaches meeting to present entry and heat sheets to coaches.
• J.V. participants can only run in (7) J.V. events. Participating in both varsity and JV events is not allowed.
