    Yes, I know since the creation of sectionals there will be only two heats in the prelims, but will there be a heat sheet or just performance list?. Why is the 400 relay and 400m run back to back. short time to recoup in the HOT weather in Albany. Not a good idea.....

    Heat Sheets are in the Meet Programs posted on the home page. I'm not sure how many girls run both the 4x100 meter relay and the 400m, but 30 minutes should be sufficient time to recover from running 100 meters.
