October 10th, 2009, the South Effingham Cross Country Team is hosting the Ebenezer Shootout. The course is laid out at the Ebenezer Retreat Center in Ebenezer/Rincon, GA. It has rolling hills, twisting turns, plus a steep down hill and up hill that you run up twice. The start turns from open to narrow almost immediatly.
