Georgia-based schools & top-individuals continued to dominate the results at the 45th running of this iconic race on the Furman University golf course.

The 10th Annual Milton T&F Showcase did not disappoint as seven stadium records fell on the boy's side and three stadium records went down in the girl's competition.

On Saturday, September 17, Milton HS is set to host the Fulton County schools Cross Country Championships.
Twenty-One teams converge on Milton stadium to contest this annual invitational that has grown in stature and reputation over the last few years due to great early season performances. The two-day meet will see races at many non-traditional high school distances and showcases many relay and field events along with a great mix of sprint and distance races that give many athletes the opportunity to try something a little different.
With three individual girl qualifiers for the National Championship meet, a team title in the seeded girl’s race & a strong 3rd place in the boys seeded race, Georgia was well represented at the Foot Locker Cross Country South Regional race
Milton swept the Team and Individual titles in Region 5-AAAAAA Saturday morning at Boling Park in Canton. The "Region of Doom" reared it's ugly head at the Region 5-AAAAAA boys race as a 6th-man tie breaker ended up deciding the 4th place team that qualified for state at Carrollton.
The venerable Boling Park course will host one of the “Regions of Doom” Saturday with the running of the 9-team region 5-AAAAAA meet.
The 43rd edition of this event was a wet one with steady light rain throughout but that did not deter over 40 schools coming to compete on the storied golf course at the campus of Furman University in Greenville, SC. Georgia teams again had the upper hand with all team winners and individual race winners representing Georgia schools.

For the 4th year in a row, Milton High School will host the Fulton County Schools Cross Country Championships on one of the state’s toughest cross country courses, this Saturday, 7:45am.
The final day of competition saw 11 new stadium marks set/broken (after 7 were shattered on Day 1) and a tight team battle between host Milton (1st-113 pts) & Westlake (2nd-112.5 pts) on the boys side and a dominant win by the Lady Lions of Westlake (1st-164 pts) over a surprising North Springs squad (2nd-85 points) and day one leader Johns' Creek (3rd-62 pts) & Milton (4th-46 pts).
After Day 1 and all the field events are in, the boy's meet is showing one team with a commanding lead and another waiting in the wings but do they have the fire-power to make a run at the title?? The girls meet is turning into a two-team affair with the battle for 3rd amongst 4 schools all with scoring chances on the final day of competition!
The Fulton County Public Schools T&F Championships will be hosted by Milton HS for the first time and will showcase some very strong sprinting races for both the boys & the girls along with outstanding distance athletes. Field events will be contested only on Saturday and should see some outstanding performs as well.
Finally with some cooperation from Mother-Nature, the outdoor season maybe in full-swing this weekend in North Fulton County with the running of the Milton Showcase.This years edition will run four new events never contested at the Milton track stadium (and thus eight new stadium records will be set) including the 1500 meters, Mile, Two-Mile and 5000 meters!
All GHSA Private schools residing in Fulton County (not in City of Atlanta) are invited to the 2015 Fulton County XC Championships to be hosted by Milton HS on Saturday, September 19th. Led by the Eagles of Milton, Georgia squads captured all the team titles and many top-10 individual awards at the Furman University Golf Course at the 42nd rendition of this meet. Conditions were very humid but the course was well-groomed and included a log to jump on each of the three loops that make-up this iconic venue.

For the 4th consecutive year, Milton High School will play host to the Fulton County Public Schools Cross Country Championships this Saturday, September 20th on one of the toughest courses in the state of Georgia.
On Saturday, March 1st, Milton HS will entertain 20 visiting schools including defending 2013 AAAAAA state team champions Mill Creek (boys) & AAAA Champions Marist in the largest track meet ever to be held at Milton. A full slate of events are on tap with field events beginning at 9:30am along with the running of the 4x1600 meter relay. With a strong contingent of teams and some defending individual state champions, many Milton stadium records are expected to fall or be broken!
The Milton High School Cross Country Team hosted the 2013 Fulton County Public Schools Cross Country Championships Saturday & defended its Best Overall Program Title with wins in both JV Races and a 2nd and a 3rd in the Varsity races. Let there be no mistake to cross country runners in the Metro Atlanta area who can testify that the Milton Course may be the toughest layout in the State. Very unlikely anyone pr'd here as Roswell's Drew Kelley had the top time today winning the Boys Overall in 18:01 leading Roswell to the Boys team title. On the Girls side Centennial triumphed scoring 50 points. Lindsay Billings of Northview was the top lady posting an impressive 20:30 on the monster layout.
