Pre-Region/State Track & Field Rules Reminder
Legendary Coach, Jerry Arnold, gives a Detailed Georgia HS Track and Field Rules refresher before Region Meets get underway within a week. This is an important read as many athletes are DQ'd every year do to simply not knowing the rules or they just are never enforced until the vast majority of Region meets and if not....the GHSA bites them at State.
