I received plenty of medals all through my track and cross country season. My fastest time in a 5k is 17:47, fastest time in the mile is 4:45, and my fastest time in the 3200 is 10:41. I have received 1 year Rookie of the year for cross country and 2nd year MVP.I was the captain my last 2 years in cross country and track.
