6A Runners of the Week 9-6 are John Green and Lindsay Billings
This week's 'Row' ending 9-6, West Forsyth's John Green, is having a breakout season for the Wolves, first being top Wolverine at the Peachtree Walton Stage Races in the 2 Mile, and Saturday put on a display of frontrunning, holding off this week's 4A ROW Frank Pittman of Marist in 16:43.
Lindsay Billings from Northview (state 13' file photo) ran into some fast competition in FCS star Hurley, but ran great in her 2014 5000m debut clocking a sweet 18:07 for 2nd place. Billings turned in an insane 11:08 2 mile at the Stage Races on 8-23.
